We’re Miller & Sons Homes, a family-owned business with a rich legacy in crafting exceptional living spaces. With a foundation rooted in family values, we specialize in bringing your vision to life through custom homes, spec homes, and multi-family residences. Our journey began in 1989 when Brad Miller embarked on a mission to create homes that reflect the unique aspirations of each family.
After establishing his roots in Northern California, Brad’s passion led him to North Eastern Washington in 2004, where he has been diligently serving the communities of North Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho ever since. With an expertise in rural property development, Brad’s commitment to weaving architecture with the natural landscape has brought forth homes that stand as a testament to his dedication.
Brad’s son, Dallin, after completing two internships with Miller & Sons Construction, and graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, has joined the team as an exceptionally qualified member of the family business.

We had Brad Miller and Sons build our home in 2024. We met with Brad in February and were in our home by the middle of August. Each step of the process was easy and Brad was always available to answer questions that we may have had. Each sub contractor who worked for Brad was friendly, on time, and was there to get the job done. Each sub contractor also cleaned up when they were finished. We have built homes in the past that have not gone as smoothly. We can honestly say we LOVE this home the best.We would highly recommend Brad Miller and Sons Construction to anyone.
